Lost my Master Pin on my Bosch alarm system. I read online that only way to sort it was to Factory reset my unit. I contacted Ara & once he got to my place he was able to sort the issue within 30mins without resetting the entire unit. Finally someone that is honest & knows his stuff. Thank you mate!
